My Story

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.

My personal aim is to share awareness of this amazing group alongside my colleagues at Calisen, during my training runs and at the events below which I will be participating in. 

22nd June 2024 - Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge ✅

14th July 2024 - Delamere Forest Half Marathon ✅

1st September 2024 - Wigan 10k ✅

8th September 2024 - Great North Run ✅

22nd September 2024 - Warrington Half Marathon ✅

6th October 2024 - Chester Marathon  ✅
