My Story

Hi, I’m running for an amazing charity called The Twisting Ducks Theatre Company. This is an amazing organisation that provides accessible arts opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autistic people across Tyne and Wear and Northumberland. 

The charity supports over 500 people a year to express themselves creatively, to develop their skills and social connections, and to achieve their aspirations as performers, musicians and DJ's. 

This Charity is close to my heart as I have family and friends who have lived experience of autism and it is amazing to see how much the charity does to help people from this community to reach their dreams creatively.

A family friend also works for the organistion and so it would be wonderful to raise funds so that those involved in the running of the charity can further develop the service to provide an even more amazing opportunity for people with learning disabilities and autism to reach their dreams.
