My Story

Myself and my niece are running the GNR for Pancreatic Cancer in memory of my Mam Shiela.  It is 10 years this October that we lost our Mam and grandma to this awful disease.  Pancreatic Cancer is the worst and hardest  Cancer to detect and it urgently needs to be investigated further. The survival rates are very low and this is because Pancreatic cancer is rarely found it its early stages and this is because if often doesn't cause symptoms until it has spread to other organs.
