My Story

This year I'm running the Great North Run for the Foundation of Light. Working at the Foundation I get to see first-hand, the work they do in Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham on a daily basis.

With the power of football and sport they continue to help people in all walks of life, from Strength and Balance classes in care homes to providing free meals for school children in need.
