My Story

This is will be my second GNR and this year I have chosen the BHF as my charity. I want to help raise money for The British Heart Foundation after my Mam, Sharon, suffered from a heart attack in May 2023. Thankfully my Mam recovered well after the Cumberland Infirmary swiftly performed a coranary angioplasty and months of physio and medication, however this is not always the case and some heart attacks can be life limiting, if not fatal. I hope in raising money for the BHF people with cardiac disease get the support and care they need.
