My Story

This year I am running the Great North Run in order to raise money for Newcastle Hosipitals. This charity is so important as they work to make a positive difference for the patients, staff and communities of the Newcastle Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. 

Perosnally, I am taking part to remebember my sister Eleanor who recived the most amazing care from the Great North Childrens Hosital throughout her life. This year I turned 22 which is something Eleanor never got to do and thats why running and raising money this year is so important to me and something I want to do in her honour. 

Last year me and mum managed to raise over £1000 thanks to the wondeful support of our family and friends and I would be so grateful for any donations to this well deserving cause.
