Running for my Dad who was diagnosed with Parkinson's

My lovely Dad was diagnosed with Parkinsons and this has been life changing for us all. 

Not only does this affect your mobility and daily life, but also your mental health. 

I’m taking part in my first ever Great North Run!!! Which will be on 8 September 2024 to raise vital funds for Parkinson's UK. 

Please help by sponsoring me whatever you can. 

All the money raised will go to Parkinson’s UK nurses, to provide much-needed advice, support and information for people who are living with the condition.
